Your habits, notes, focus areas, progress and time invested are part of your personal OnwardCue experience. Other users cannot see them.
We don't sell your habit data
OnwardCue does not sell Private Habit Data. It is not provided to advertisers for targeted advertising or used to build advertising profiles.
No public comparison
There are no public profiles, public habit feeds, leaderboards, rankings or user-to-user progress comparisons. Your progress is compared only with your own history.
Routine admins don't browse your habits
Routine administrative analytics are designed not to load habit titles, personal notes, private focus-area names, completion records, time-invested entries or personal progress details.
Limited authorized technical access may sometimes be necessary for security, infrastructure, serious troubleshooting, legal obligations or recovery.
We use only necessary providers
OnwardCue relies on Vercel, Railway, Google Identity Services, Brevo and Stripe for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, transactional email and payments where enabled. Each provider processes the information needed for its particular service—not all OnwardCue data.
You can delete your information
- Deleted reminders are recoverable for 15 days.
- Account deletion has a 14-day cooling-off period.
- Inactive Free accounts are eventually deleted after 12 months of inactivity with warnings.
- Payment cancellation or failure does not itself delete habit data.
Keep it personal, but not highly sensitive.OnwardCue is for habits, reminders and personal progress. Do not store passwords, banking credentials, identification numbers, detailed medical records, confidential third-party information or other information whose loss could cause serious harm.
