OnwardCue User Guide

Privacy & Your Data

Understand what OnwardCue stores and how your information is handled.

Privacy in plain language

OnwardCue stores basic account information and the private content you choose to enter. Brain Dump text, reminder titles, habit content, and private notes are treated as private and are not used for marketing segmentation or sent to Brevo as contact metadata.

Where permitted by your choices, limited account and activity metadata—such as registration date, last activity, plan, and whether a feature has been used—may support communications. You may turn optional communications off without deleting your account.

Account deletion follows the cooling-off and permanent-deletion process described in the product. The formal Privacy Policy is authoritative if this guide and the policy ever differ.
